Easy Back to School Snack with Unipak Mackerel (Recipe + Giveaway)

Let's be honest, our baon (school snacks and lunches) is a really big impact when it comes to enjoying your stay in school. I remember when I was still studying, I can still remember the thrills that I feel whenever I open my lunch bag to see what my mom made for me.

But how can a full time working mom make a scrumptious meal that is easy to do and will fill up our kid's belly? I have the solution, everyone.

Here is my own version of  Mackerel Sandwich

Ingredients:
  • 1can of 425g Uni-Pak Mackerel in Natural Oil
  • Onion
  • Lemon or Calamansi Juice
  • Mayonnaise
  • White bread
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Lettuce (optional)

Procedure:
  1. Drain the Uni-Pak Mackerel and flake the fish
  2. Mix all the ingredients to your preferred quantity
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste

See how easy is that?! I really love the taste of the mackerel itself and how it incorporated with mayonnaise, knowing how I love mayonnaise. I must admit that I almost finish the entire food that I prepared. Yes, all by myself.

A can with the size of 425g can make 6 to 8 servings and it's really good to match with a very hot coffee. What's even better is you can put it in fridge to save up for later.

Because I really love Uni-Pak Mackerel, I want to let you experience that Uni-Pack Mackerel is "hindi basta nakasanayan, the best na yan" I am going one lucky winner of Uni-Pack give packs! Just follow the instructions below.

Good luck to those who are joining!
